worn carpet dangerous balcony .cold water 2 days without information broken towels.dealed change room was also not better,on it we were dealed to go home without money back.tv already at least 30 years old.this room should never be rented to guests again.we wanted to spend our wedding day in Františkovy Lázně beautiful so it became a nightmare.reception very nasty (review is translated from German)
