making the booking was easy lots of eager emails all requests answered but...I was entitled to free transfers each way at arrival and departure but only got the arrivals taxi on the day before departure prague st could not be contacted to arrange the taxi so we ended up having a huge row with the hotel who denied all responsibility then payed for the taxi ourselves
as this was the final prague event it left a sour taste beware of booking through agent

Prague street could not have been better. Our hotel reservation was exactly as planned-room and price. The transfers were seamless. We arrived in Prague half an hour early and our driver had been monitoring our flight and was waiting for us. On the way back to the airport the driver refused our money because we had a free one way transfer-he could have just taken the cash and drove away but was honest and very deserving of the tip we gave. I would use Prague Street again anytime.

The booking system was very good, except for the breakdown in the extras to be provided on arrival. You agreed to arrange for champagne and flowers to be in our room as a surprise for our wedding aniversary, but these were not there and the Appia claimed that this request had never reached them even though I have an e-mail from you confirming that they would be provided.

We had confusion at the hotel about the meaning of a garage for one person. We thought it meant a garage apartment with room for one person, but the hotel said it means a garage with a space for one car.

Prague.sites have provided a great service. Everything ran smoothly, from the initial booking, being met at the airport by minibus as we were a party of six, the hotel booking, and the minibus to return to the airport - everything was perfect and I would certainly book through Prague.sites again.
