Uniqueness is based on 3 healing Františkovy Lázně natural springs, which are used in our spa centre:

Wellness complex Dr. Petak is located in a quiet location on the edge of the spa park, only 5 minutes walk from the center and in the immediate vicinity of springs.
- Sanatorium Dr. Petak is a comprehensively equipped spa hotel.
- In the spa house there is a mineral spring Stephanie, which is used for water treatments.
- We use natural remedies - peat, spring gas CO2 and mineral spring.
- Parking lot directly in front of the hotel.
- Garden with heated swimming pool (June-September), sun loungers and parasols.
- Indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, salt cave, Kneipp path and infra sauna at the spa department.
- 24-hour nurse service, in-house doctor.
- All spa treatments are carried out in the spa hotel and one after the other.
- Couples have the same time for spa treatments.
Accommodation:
- Double rooms in the main house on the first floor have the terrace, on the 1st floor have lodgias and have separate beds.
- Apartment in the main house consists of 2 rooms - living room and bedroom or can be furnished as 2 single rooms. It has 2 shower/WC, 2 SAT/TV and 2 refrigerators.
- In the pavilion are comfortable double rooms LUX, consist of 2 rooms and have double beds.
- The rooms are equipped with shower and WC, direct dial telephone, fridge, TV-Sat, safe, hairdryer.
Catering:
- All meals are served in our own dining room.
- Hot and cold buffet breakfast.
- Lunch and dinner - menu choice of 2 dishes, fruit, salad buffet, dessert.
- Breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.

Our spa hotel is recognized by the Ministry of Health as a spa facility with bed care and guarantees the use of local natural healing springs:
- Peloids (moor - to the packs and baths).
- Spring gas CO2 (for gas sprays, dry gas baths and mineral carbonic acid baths).
- Štěpánka mineral spring (for spa treatments) and other mineral springs in Františkovy Lázně for drinking cures.
Franzensbad natural remedies:
- Natural healing mud with a high content of minerals and humic acid.
- Natural healing gas is separated from the Franzensbad mineral water.
- Natural healing water from more than 20 healing water springs contains 1.5 to 2.5g of dissolved CO2 and minerals.
- The bioclimatic spa complex is formed by the mild Central European climate, clean air and extensive spa park.
