• 21 spa treatments per week according to doctor's prescription. This is an individually prepared spa programme, where treatments using the natural healing springs are combined with exercise therapies and other spa treatments. The number and composition of treatments is determined exclusively by the spa doctor on the basis of the initial medical examination, which is used to determine the exact diagnosis and determine the therapy plan with the prescribed treatments.

Swimming pool: free access to three swimming pools in the complex of the historical Roman Baths with whirlpools, whirlpool, aqua-wellness landscape with swimming pools in the Hvězda Resort.

Sauna: free access to sauna, sanarium, steam bath, Kneipp therapy and relaxation room.

Fitness: complimentary access to the Premier Fitness Centre.

Bathrobe, terry slippers: available in the room free of charge

Wifi: free Wi-Fi connection, internet corner

Tourist tax: not included in the price, payable on arrival at the reception according to the current price level

Parking: guarded car park at the Nové Lázně Hotel - for a fee

Guarantee: the hotel does not require a guarantee of stay in advance, payment on the spot

Discounts: The hotel deals the following discounts. The discount is always included in the price.

• 5% discount for stays from 6 to 12 nights.
• 10% discount for stays from 13 to 19 nights.
• 15% discount for stays of 20 nights or more.
• 10% early booking discount - For bookings made at least 60 nights before arrival.

Information about additional payments for 2026:

• Car park: guarded car park 15 EUR / night, from 5 nights 10 EUR / night. The car park must be booked in advance and the number of spaces is limited.
• Dogs: Only small dogs are allowed for a fee of €18/night/ dog. Must be registered in advance.
• Tourist tax: CZK 50 (approx. €2) /day. Valid for persons aged 18 and over.
