Treatments: 84x person / stay

• 28 spa treatments per week according to the doctor's prescription. This is an individually prepared spa programme, where treatments using the natural healing springs are combined with exercise therapies and other spa treatments. The number and composition of treatments is determined exclusively by the spa doctor on the basis of the initial medical examination, which is used to determine the exact diagnosis and determine the therapy plan with the prescribed treatments.

Additionally daily:

• Drinking cure according to the doctor's prescription

Basic laboratory examination:

• Biochemical blood test (urine, creatine, uric acid, ALT, AST, HDL, cholesterol, glutamyltransferase, cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides, glucose) M+S.

According to the patient's state of health, the doctors prescribe some of the following applications for a complex spa treatment:

• Applications based on the natural healing springs: natural dry carbon dioxide bath, gas injection, inhalations, mineral baths, mud packs -max. 3 times a week

Applications as group or individual rehabilitation:

• Massages -maximum 3 massages weekly, therapeutic gymnastics in a group or individually, therapeutic gymnastics in the swimming pool.

Other treatments:

• Electrotherapy, magnetic field therapy, paraffin, lavatherm, ultrasound, oxygen therapy

Swimming pool: free access to the aqua-wellness landscape with swimming pool in the Hvězda Resort.

Sauna: free access to sauna, sanarium, steam bath, Kneipp therapy and relaxation room.

Fitness: complimentary access to the Premier Fitness Centre.

Bathrobe, terry slippers: available in the room free of charge

Wifi: free Wi-Fi connection, internet corner

Tourist tax: this is not included in the price, is payable on arrival at the reception according to the current price level

Parking: parking in hotel garages - for a fee

Guarantee: the hotel does not require a guarantee for the stay, payment on site

Discounts: The hotel deals the following discounts. The discount is always included in the price.

• 5% discount for stays from 6 to 12 nights - does not apply to rooms in the Neapol building.
• 10% discount for stays from 13 to 19 nights.
• 15% discount for stays of 20 nights or more.
• 10% early booking discount - For reservations made at least 60 nights before arrival.

Information about additional payments valid until 26 March 2026:

• Car park: garage 320 CZK (13 EUR) / night, from 5 nights 220 CZK (9 EUR) / night. The car park must be reserved in advance. The number of spaces is limited. IMPORTANT: Electric cars, LPG cars and hybrid vehicles are not allowed in the garage!
• Dogs: Only small dogs are allowed for a fee of €18/night/ dog. Must be registered in advance.
• Tourist tax: 50 CZK (approx. 2 €) /day. Valid for persons aged 18 and over.
