Payment and cancellation conditions

Payment conditions:
The hotel requires a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the booking 28 days before arrival.

Cancellation conditions:
- up to 21 days before the agreed date of arrival 0 % of the price of the cancelled stay and services
- from the 20th to the 7th day before the agreed date of arrival 20 % of the price of the cancelled stay and services
- from the 6th to the 1st day before the agreed date of arrival 40 % of the price of the cancelled stay and services. from the 6th to the 1st day before the agreed date of arrival 40% of the price of the cancelled stay and services
- in case of non-arrival on the agreed date without prior cancellation 100% of the price of the cancelled stay and services

In case of early departure 100% of the price of the cancelled stay.
In the event of cancellation of the stay and services or part thereof, the guest shall also pay the processing fee associated with the return of the remaining funds to his/her account.
