Cancellation conditions

a) if the ordered hotel accommodation is canceled less than 48 hours before arrival or if the guest does not show up, or if the guest prematurely interrupts the stay, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee for the total value of the stay, unless otherwise stated.

b) of the ordered spa, medical wellness, wellness or sports stay, the hotel shall charge the following cancellation fees:

In case of early termination of the stay on your part without serious reasons caused higher power will be charged according to the original order.
