Accommodation

The Windsor Spa Hotel, one of the oldest historical buildings in Karlovy Vary, built in 1866, was one of the most modern balneological institutions during the Austro-Hungarian period.
The total accommodation capacity of the hotel is 71 beds in 36 single and double rooms and suites. All rooms and suites are equipped with direct dial telephone, LCD TV + SAT, free WiFi connection, minibar and room safe.

• The Spa Hotel Windsor focuses on traditional holistic spa treatment using local natural resources - thermal mineral water, peloids and mineral gases.
• The basis of the treatment is drinking cure and traditional hot mineral baths combined with modern balneological methods such as massage, magnetotherapy, electrotherapy and others.

Pool with mineral/thermal water

• At the Windsor Spa Hotel you can experience the traditional Carlsbad spa treatment: a pool with healing thermal mineral water at a temperature of 36-38°C. This pool is unique in Karlovy Vary and in the Czech Republic.
• Mineral water spas were already the main treatment in the past, i.e. in the 16th century. Patients bathed in the healing springs continuously for up to 12 hours... Gradually, however, the baths were replaced by moderate drinking of mineral water according to the latest findings of the doctor Jan Becher, the founder of the modern spa in Karlovy Vary.
