Cancellation conditions

The Client is obliged to notify the Accommodation Provider in writing or by email of any change or cancellation of the agreed services. A change or cancellation of the agreed services can be made by the Client at the latest 28 days before the agreed start of the Client's stay without cancellation charges. In the event of a later change or cancellation, the Client shall be obliged to pay the Accommodation Provider cancellation charges in the following amounts:

• 27 - 21 days before the Client's arrival 10% of the price for the agreed services
• 20 - 14 days prior to the Client's arrival 30% of the price for the agreed services
• 13 - 7 days before the client's arrival 50% of the price for the agreed services
• 6 - 1 days before the client's arrival 100% of the price for the agreed services.
