29 - 16 days before arrival = 10% cancellation fee from the price of the order
15 - 07 days before arrival = 20% cancellation fee from the price of the order
06 - 02 days before arrival = 30% cancellation fee from the price of the order
less than 2 days before arrival = 100% cancellation fee from the price of the order

In case of early departure of the clients, a contractual penalty is charged to the client:
-100% of the unrealised services ordered for the first day after the client's early departure,
-50% of the unrealised services ordered for the second day after the client's early departure.
- in the amount of 30 % of the unrealised ordered services for the following days after the client's early departure.
