• The total capacity of the hotel is 125 rooms, including 104 double rooms, 11 single rooms and 10 flats for 2 persons.

Catering:
The hotel has a tastefully and stylishly furnished restaurant, a café with a summer terrace, a bar with the capacity of 35 people and a classical-style banquet hall for 200 people.

• Guests who require special dietary catering (e.g. gluten-free, glutamate-free and others) can be advised by the waitress when choosing food from the deal. It is possible to prepare food separately for a particular guest.
• For diabetic guests or guests with a reduction diet, the hotel doctor will prescribe the menu. In such cases, the meals are served in the form of a customised menu.

The complex Karlovy Vary spa treatment is based on many years of experience and tradition. The core of this spa treatment consists of drinking the local mineral springs, healthy nutrition, physical activity and spa procedures.
Based on the individual symptoms of the disease, the patient is prescribed the appropriate balneological treatments: Classical, reflex or underwater massages, pearl or carbonic acid baths, paraffin or mud packs, electrotherapy, inhalations, oxygen therapy, pneumoacupuncture and others.

It is possible to use the hotel's own fitness centre directly in the hotel. Mountain bikes and Nordic walking sticks are available for hire for cycling or hiking tours on the countless hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The hiking trails in the surrounding forests vary in length and are marked for tourists.

There are tennis courts and an indoor tennis hall near the hotel.

Hotel guests can also visit Mariánské Lazně/Mariánské Lázně and Františkovy Lázsně/Františkovy Lázně, the medieval town of Loket/Elbogen, the town of Cheb/Eger, the Teplá/Tepl monastery, the castle in Bečov, nature reserve SOOS or the world-famous Moser glassworks.

But also the beautifully restored municipal theatre built in 1886 by the Viennese architects Ferdinand Fellner and Hermann Helmer is worth a visit.

Changes or cancellations are possible according to the cancellation policy:

19 - 09 days before arrival = 30% cancellation fee from the price of the order,
08 - 02 days before arrival = 60% cancellation fee from the price of the order,
less than 2 days before arrival = 70% cancellation fee from the price of the order.
