Its name refers to the visits of Emperor Franz Joseph I and a number of other rulers who literally kept the doors open here. - 14-07 days before the first service is provided: 50% of the price of the canceled services, but at least CZK 500 per person
- 06-03 days before the first service is provided: 75% of the price of the canceled services, but at least CZK 1,000 per person
02 days or less before the first service or without prior cancellation: 100% of the price of the canceled services, but at least CZK 1,000 per person
Sudden illness or accident, natural disasters, or the death of a family member or other circumstances are not grounds for withdrawal from the contract without penalty.
We recommend that you take out insurance with a commercial insurance company in case of cancellation.
