Accommodation:

36 spacious rooms in a modern, bright design: standard, superior, junior suite and queen suite. Equipped to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. Even if you come to us with the whole family.

• Economy Room - Standard: 
  Bed 160 x 200 cm, bathroom with toilet and shower, closet and bedside table. There is also an LCD TV with satellite channels, minibar, safe, hairdryer and toiletries. These rooms do not have a balcony, but overlook the atrium. They have a size of 18 m2. 
   
• Superior Rooms:
  Superior rooms offer a bit more space and also options. Book a room with a balcony overlooking the golf course or overlooking the southwest forest. You can also have a room without a balcony overlooking the atrium. In any case, you will find a spacious closet, a comfortable 180 x 200 bed with two bedside tables, a stylish bathroom with toilet and shower, a desk, a sitting area, a TV, a minibar and a safe. The minimum size of the superior rooms is 22 m2. 
   
• Junior Suite
  The spacious Junior Suite will captivate you from the very first moment. It has a modern bathroom with shower, a comfortable sofa in the living area and a 180 x 200 bed. These rooms do not have a balcony, but you can enjoy the view of the golf course from the window. They have a size of 40 m2. 
   
• Queen Suite
  A luxurious two-room suite for upscale guests, where you have 44 m2 to yourself. A living room with a sofa that invites you to relax directly, a bedroom with a 180 x 200 double bed and a spacious bathroom with shower. And a private terrace from which you can watch the action on the golf course. Amenities include everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a TV, minibar and safe.

• The heart of a house is usually the kitchen, the heart of our hotel is the spacious restaurant connected with Birdie`s Bar.
• In fine weather there is a terrace with breathtaking views of the golf course and surrounding forests.

Opening hours:

• Breakfast: 7:30 - 10:00.
• Dinner: 18:00 - 20:00
• Restaurant and bar: 10:00 - 22:00 (meal order until 21:30).
   

Spa and Wellness:

Welcome to a world of relaxation, absolute tranquility and intense experiences. In a unique, spacious wellness center where you can shake off all your worries and recharge your batteries.

• Swimming pool: daily 8:00 - 22:00.
  Stretch your body in the 11-meter pool, let the bubbles gently massage you in the Jacuzzi.
   
• Sauna world: daily 15:00 - 22:00
  An integral part of the Spa Academy is the Sauna World with laconium, Finnish, steam and herbal saunas.
   
• A small fitness center
   
• Relaxation zone: In the relaxation zone or on the sun terrace overlooking the peaceful Slavkov forest, you can enjoy your well-deserved rest undisturbed.

Ayurvedic massages:

• In Ayurvedic medicine, massage plays a far greater role than relieving tension, relaxing stiff muscles and alleviating physical pain. Once balance is restored in the physical body, the circulation channels called shrots help balance the three doshas - vata, pitta and kapha. 

Thai Massage:

• Traditional Thai massage combines elements of acupressure and yoga. It relieves back and muscle pain, stiffness and tension. The therapeutic application of Thai massage is not limited to the musculoskeletal system. It helps to improve blood circulation.

• Pets up to 15 kg are allowed in all types of rooms for a fee of 300,- CZK/day. Larger pets only by arrangement. For technical and safety reasons, dogs are strictly prohibited on the golf course.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmed reservation is fully guaranteed and can be cancelled free of charge no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
In case of late cancellation the following conditions will apply:
- cancellation 6-3 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
- cancellation less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged
- NO-SHOW and early departure: 100% of total amount will be charged

Christmas + New Year's Eve: 14 days before arrival free cancellation, 14 days before arrival 100% payment of stay
