• utilises classical healing methods and also applies the most modern methods of medicine
• is run by specialised doctors and trained medical staff
• carried out in specialised therapy departments of the spa hotels directly in the historic spa centre of Františkovy Lázně
• also supported by a 24-hour medical on-call service directly in the spa hotels
• State-recognised medical facility

Bathrobe: for a fee

Wifi: free of charge

Tourist tax: not included in the price, payable on arrival at reception from the age of 18 at the current rate

Car park: guarded hotel car park for a fee (possibility to reserve a parking space subject to availability)

Guarantee: the hotel does not require a guarantee for the stay, payment on site

Other: additional services for a fee, e.g. hire of Nordic walking poles, laundry and ironing service etc.

Christmas & New Year's Eve: for arrivals from 18 December to 31 December, the minimum stay is 14 nights, prices plus compulsory surcharges:

• Christmas = 80,- EUR per person
• New Year's Eve = 200,- EUR per person
