Svoboda Ensana Hotel

The Svoboda Hotel is situated in a quiet forest park, not far from the Colonnade with the Singing Fountain. In the vicinity of the hotel is the Forest Spring Pavilion with the promenade. The entire resort has been very extensively reconstructed. The Svoboda, Margareta and Palladio houses were connected by a covered promenade, allowing all services to be used under one roof. A drinking fountain from the Josef Spring is available to our guests in the hotel for drinking cures.

Svoboda Health Spa Hotel consists of three main buildings - Svoboda, Margareta and Palladio. They were all extensively and tastefully renovated in 2014 and are now interconnected. New touches to the interior design have preserved the classic character of the hotel, but also provide more contemporary comfort and a fresh atmosphere.

All meals are served in the stylish ambience of the tastefully renovated Carlton Restaurant. The elegant atmosphere underlines the hotel's great culinary tradition.

  Breakfast is served buffet style in the Carlton restaurant. Guests can expect a rich selection: healthy cereals and breads, fresh vegetables and fruits, low-calorie jams, high-energy egg dishes, cold cuts and cheese platters, varied selection of fresh juices and dairy products.
• Lunch 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
  With our Lunch Vital you have a choice of four main courses, plus the buffet with fresh salads, fresh vegetables and healthy bread specialities.
• Dinner 17:30 - 19:30
  Dinner is also served as a buffet. Beautifully presented, you can choose from hot and cold starters, plus vegetables, healthy salads, light soups and stews, fish and meat dishes made from the highest quality ingredients and light desserts. You can also taste the delicious specialities of the famous Bohemian cuisine, which are also prepared by our experienced gastronomy team.
• Our waiters will be happy to recommend the right international or local wines to accompany the dishes.

Cancellation policy

The Company will only accept cancellations of reservations in writing.
For individual reservations, no cancellation fee will be charged in case of timely written cancellation 15 days prior to arrival. For individual reservations, in case of late written cancellation and unless otherwise agreed, is entitled to charge cancellation fees as follows.

Individual reservations:
14 - 07 days prior to arrival: 30 % of the services ordered
06 - 01 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the services ordered
No-show: 100 % of the services ordered

Group reservations:
30 - 21 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the services ordered
20 - 08 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the services ordered
07 days before arrival: 100% of the ordered services

In case of early departure, the company Léčebné lázně Mariánské Lázně - Mariánské Lázně Spa & Spa Hotels reserves the right to charge a compensation - cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the remaining sum.
No financial compensation is provided for services not used or for changes in the ordered services (accommodation, accommodation, spa treatments) during the stay.
