Hotel Richard is located in the immediate vicinity of the Russian Orthodox Church, at the entrance of the forest park, to the city centre it is about 300m. It is a non-smoking hotel. Capacity 56 double rooms and 2 single rooms. All hotel rooms are equipped with bathroom with bathtub / shower, hairdryer, SAT-TV, telephone, room safe and mini-bar.
