Parking facilities

• If you are disabled, you can park your car in the parking fee zone (to the left of the entrance). In this case, please provide your car with a copy of your disability card and place it behind the windscreen of your car. You can park your car in the above-mentioned spaces free of charge. Please ask the reception for the place where you can park.
• Guarded parking is available in the multi-storey car park at 1 Pramenská Street. This facility is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and is guarded 24 hours a day by a camera system. For more information about the location of the car park, please ask at the reception.

The Company will only accept cancellations of reservations in writing.
For individual reservations, no cancellation fee will be charged in case of timely written cancellation 15 days prior to arrival. For individual reservations, in case of late written cancellation and unless otherwise agreed, is entitled to charge cancellation fees as follows.

Individual reservations:
14 - 07 days prior to arrival: 30 % of the services ordered
06 - 01 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the services ordered
No-show: 100 % of the services ordered

Group reservations:
30 - 21 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the services ordered
20 - 08 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the services ordered
07 days before arrival: 100% of the ordered services

In case of early departure, the company Léčebné lázně Mariánské Lázně - Mariánské Lázně Spa & Spa Hotels reserves the right to charge a compensation - cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the remaining sum.
No financial compensation is provided for services not used or for changes in the ordered services (accommodation, accommodation, spa treatments) during the stay.
