The spacious classicist villa dates back to 1872 and was completely gutted, renovated and converted into a luxurious 4-star superior hotel in 2006, carefully preserving its historic charm.

Confirmed standard reservations are fully guaranteed and can be canceled free of charge no later than 7 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation 6-4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price of the ordered services will be charged.
- Cancellation less than 4 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total price of the ordered services will be charged.
- NO-SHOW and early departure: 100% of the total price of the ordered services will be charged.
Medical stays:
A confirmed standard reservation is fully guaranteed and can be canceled free of charge no later than 15 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellation 14-7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price of the ordered services will be charged
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price of the ordered services will be charged
- NO-SHOW and early departure: 100% of the total price of the ordered services will be charged
