Individual Customers:
Wellness, Bed and Breakfast: 

• Cancellation more than 3 days before arrival is free of charge. 
• Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival or in case of no-show will be charged 90% of the total stay.

B&B: 

• Cancellation more than 1 day before arrival is free of charge. 
• Cancellation less than 1 day before arrival or in case of no-show will be charged 100% of the price for the first night.

Spa stay with comprehensive services: 

• Cancellation more than 15 days before arrival is free of charge. 
• Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the stay price. Cancellation between 8 and 4 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the stay price. 
• Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival or in case of no-show will be charged 90% of the stay price.

Groups (from 15 persons): 

• Cancellation more than 45 days before arrival is free of charge. 
• Cancellation between 45 and 31 days before arrival will be charged 30% of the stay price.
• Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the stay price.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival or in case of no-show will be charged 90% of the stay price.
• A tolerance of up to 10% of the total number of rooms is given.
• Deposits for group stays: 
• 30% deposit due 44 days before the arrival date. 
• An additional 20% deposit due 30 days before arrival. 
• A further 40% deposit due 14 days before arrival.
