Cancellation conditions
The client is entitled to cancel the contract at any time before arrival. Cancellation of the stay must be in writing.
The date of delivery of a written cancellation to the hotel is decisive for the date of cancellation.
Cancellation within 30 days before the day of arrival - free of charge. The day of arrival means the first day of accommodation.
If the client has paid 100% of the deposit and cancelled the stay up to 30 days before the day of arrival, it will be returned in full to his account number communicated in writing.
If the client makes a cancellation at a later date, they will be deducted from the cancellation fees:
- Cancellation from 29 to 22 days before arrival - cancellation fee of 10% of the total price,
- Cancellation from 21 to 15 days before arrival - cancellation fee of 20% of the total price,
